Silicon Beach features several popular bike paths that are a scenic alternative means of transportation for local residents and businesses. The Northern and Southern Beach Path (Marvin Braude Bike Trail) is bisected by the Ballona Creek Bike Path offering easy access to Santa Monica, Venice, Marina del Rey, Playa Vista, Culver City, and El Segundo.

The Silicon Beach Bike Paths Series will explore the various segments of Marvin Braude and Ballona Creek Bike Paths, as well as Silicon Beach communities adjacent to bike path access points. Pixsweet Celebrates Grand Opening Event at Jefferson Blvd and Cochran Ave

Jon Varsano and Dan Perlstein of Silicon Beach Spaces attended the 3D Holiday Experience on ICE created by Pixsweet on November 30, 2017 in Mid City LA.     The event, which was effectively a grand opening, was a holiday extravaganza and the house was packed. Pixsweet described the experience as an evening of food, design and technology. Award winning 3D artist, CEO and Co-founder of Pixsweet, Janne Kyttanen spoke about the food tech industry and the artistry of culinary design.

Pixsweet’s Mid City location was transformed into a “Holiday Experience,” where every corner of every room was a winter adventure. Expert mixologists were pouring craft gin while putting on a show with smoking liquid nitrogen and superbly inventive concoctions. The hot d’oeuvres table and charcuterie platter paired well with tasty cocktails.

A map was provided to guide you though the adventure which also featured the Pixsweet production space where they magically transform their popsicle formula into any shape or color desired. In addition to the yummy frozen pops, there was small batch chocolate that was delicious. The photo booth in the corner was a nice way to top off the evening, especially after a couple of drinks. The event showed the inventiveness of Pixsweet and Janne really knows how to throw a great party. Learn how Pixsweet is changing the food industry with their revolutionary 3D technology.

Silicon Beach Spaces represented Pixsweet for the lease that was signed in September 2017. The three months of build out they completed looked fantastic both inside and out. Pixsweet Subleases Space in Mid City adjacent to Culver City

Pixsweet, a 3D Printing Food Technology Company, subleased 1500 square feet at 3022 South Cochran Avenue in Los Angeles. Jon Varsano, Dan Perlstein, and Andrea Bartalsky of Silicon Beach Spaces represented the subtenant Pixsweet on the transaction. The space is currently under
construction and a grand opening will be scheduled shortly. The retail food service space is located on the northeast corner of Jefferson Boulevard and Cochran Avenue. The property is located next door to the famous Normandie Bakery and French Restaurant operated by Chef Josette who has operated at that location for many years.
