Pixsweet, a 3D Printing Food Technology Company, subleased 1500 square feet at 3022 South Cochran Avenue in Los Angeles. Jon Varsano, Dan Perlstein, and Andrea Bartalsky of Silicon Beach Spaces represented the subtenant Pixsweet on the transaction. The space is currently under
construction and a grand opening will be scheduled shortly. The retail food service space is located on the northeast corner of Jefferson Boulevard and Cochran Avenue. The property is located next door to the famous Normandie Bakery and French Restaurant operated by Chef Josette who has operated at that location for many years.
